Processing Time: Orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days.

Standard Delivery: 3–5 business days within the contiguous United States.

Express Delivery: 1–2 business days. Available at checkout for an additional fee.

International Shipping: Currently, we ship within the United States. International shipping is coming soon.

You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.

30-Day Return Window: We offer a full 30-day return policy from the date of delivery.

Condition: Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

How to Return: Contact our support team via the Contact page to initiate a return. We'll provide a prepaid return shipping label.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Exchanges: If you'd like to exchange your PETORA One for a PETORA Pro (or vice versa), contact us and we'll arrange it.
